Photo Effects is a new program for processing photos with the help of various filters. With it, you can completely transform any image. The program allows you to use more than 50 effects, including both traditional and original ones. You will be able to take a look at your photos in the rain and snow, in fog and up in the sky, add some sun light to it.
Main features:
- Effects - there are five categories of filters here: color effects, lighting effect, traditional, artistic and distortion filters.
- Decoration - if you open this tab, you will find five types of frames, including classic frames, relief frames, masks, etc.

AMS Photo Effects provides you with all the basic image enhancement and editing tools you might need, with some limitations. The program can be used to resize or crop images, and to convert images between multiple image formats too. You can apply stunning frames and borders to your images using AMS Photo Effects. A built-in image preview helps you enhance an image easily while previewing the resulting image. The fading effects and its support for transparency enables you to create a variety of stylish frames and compositions for your photos.
The best feature of the program is its on-screen templates and the effect samples that make the framing and shading of images even easier and quicker. The program can also apply beautiful landscapes as a background for an image. It can also move any image in any direction to give it a 3D look.
Though the program can truly enhance any image in a few seconds with just a few clicks, the somehow limited features of the program make it a product for home users only. The program cannot convert, process or frame multiple photos at once. It does not even support real-time preview of the image being edited, so you may need to click the preview button each time you make any change to the image or apply another special effect.
